With close to 250 attendees at the Cutting Edge Conference 2021 in Dallas, Texas, the program offered exciting and engaging panel discussions on various topics revolving around tunnelling and technology. The presentation on Digitalisation in a full project cycle was well received by those in attendance. More so, Dr. Angus Maxwell and Dr. Jacob Grasmick took part in a lively debate on the update of the gold book on geotechnical baseline reports. A special thanks to the organisers (Underground Construction Association) for their continued backing of these events during the pandemic. Finally being able to meet face to face was a very welcoming change.
