In this 2nd “Employee Focus” post, we will be looking at our Data Manager, Cameron Hooper, who is currently working on the HS2 (High Speed Rail) project in the United Kingdom, which is the largest infrastructure project in Europe. Cameron has actively been involved on this project for the past 2 years, working as an overall data manager, as well as supporting the client in its use of the MissionOS platform, ensuring best practice is followed, allowing for maximum value being obtained from the system. When asked about some of his major achievements during this time, he mentioned “primarily by acting as the sole data manager for such a large project with many moving parts. It's been a fairly complex balancing act, with the project split into different sub-lots, which vary widely in their scope of work, and the need to interface with multiple data suppliers, subcontractors and I&M coordinators on a daily basis. These aspects have posed a significant challenge but I feel I have advocated well for the MissionOS systems’ strengths, while also proactively finding solutions for the problems the client faces”. The company’s success is all down to our staff, who are working with clients to ensure smooth operations take place, with the use of the MissionOS.
