While the majority opted for project complexity and scope, 20% of participants selected collaboration and communication as their factors when selecting. With advancements in technology and hybrid working environment, there is a stronger need for better communication channels within teams, resulting in transparency of data shared, mitigating risks more efficiently and enhanced coordination amongst project stakeholders.
