Skills Development Training | India
As part of Maxwell GeoSystems on-going career and development goals, last week, our third batch of employees participated in the Skills Development Training at the Research & Technical Facility in Kochi, India.
The training, led by Mr. Sooraj abraham and Mr Mujeeb Nambiyat (Specialist Consultants), involved numerous activities and skill developments in the area of interpersonal communications, teamwork, time management, as well as Grapevine challenges. Understanding and implementing these practices helps to further boost workplace productivity, engagement and boost morale of the employees, in their day-to-day work.
We’d like to once again thank the Specialist Consultants for running a productive, and highly engaging session for our employees.
