Skills Development | India
Earlier last month, our second batch of employees at Maxwell GeoSystems India took part in their Skills Development Programme. The session focussed on activity-based learning, and delving into a wide array of management and soft-skills topics.
The program featured sessions on positive interpersonal communication, email etiquette, teamwork, Grapevine challenges, and time management. Learning about these areas and implementing them in daily work, helps to boost employee morale, engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. Communication is also key for better team collaboration and cooperation.
Once again, our thanks to Mr. sooraj abraham and Mr. Rasheed Ashraf, the Specialist Consultants, for running yet another engaging second session in our ongoing Skill Development Program.
