In this month’s Employee Focus post, we turn our attention and shine to spotlight on Suzi Rappel, Chief Administrative Officer at Maxwell GeoSystems, based out of UK.
Suzi oversees Human Resources, Finance and Administration side of the company, collaborating with a skilled team of women across global offices. Her roles extends to shaping the company’s short and long-term business strategies and corporate governance.
Prior to being appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer in 2020, Suzi was a Business Manager with the company, working alongside the CEO and Technical Director at the Hong Kong office.
Suzi was one of the first employees at the company, 16 years back, when there were only 3 members. Today, there are over 100 employees across 8 Maxwell GeoSystems companies globally.
She says, “I’ve been here for nearly 16 years now, and there’s a reason it’s my longest ever role. For me, everyday there is something different, something new to deal with, and I thoroughly enjoy that challenge”.
When asked for any other comments, Suzi mentions, “I am very proud of the company we have become. Everyone knows everyone, and there is an open-door policy, right up to the CEO (Dr.Angus Maxwell). We genuinely care about each other, and every one of our employees work hard, and are appreciated and acknowledged. We want to continue creating this culture, where we enjoy coming in to work everyday”.
