Technical Manager- EU

Dorota Symonidou joined Maxwell Geosystems as Technical Manager – Instrumentation in September 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in instrumentation and monitoring, coupled with a background in surveying engineering.

She has contributed to the successful execution of geotechnical and structural monitoring on high-profile infrastructural projects in the UK, including HS2 – Sections C1 & N1/N2, Bank Station Capacity Upgrade, and Crossrail – C704 Project.

Throughout her career, Dorota has held diverse roles, from designer at Mott McDonald to principal contractor at Bouygues TP and Dragados, as well as specialist subcontractor at Sixense.
At Maxwell Geosystems, Dorota is managing relationships with clients and expanding business into the European market. Dorota also provides engineering technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and excellence.

Outside of work, Dorota enjoys engaging in sport activities with her family, such as cycling, mountain walking, swimming, and unwinding with good books.
