Domitille Lucas joined Maxwell Geosystems as Management Accountant in November 2013, at a time when the company was primarily operating in Southeast Asia. She brought with her valuable experience in developing reporting tools for decision-makers, gained at Nestlé France and Nestlé Middle East, as well as the operational rigor she acquired at Kraft Foods (now Mondelez).

Domitille quickly adapted her expertise to the fast-growing, expanding environment of Maxwell Geosystems, contributing to the company’s growth in markets such as the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

As Accounting Manager, Domitille oversees all accounting functions, including cash flow management, payroll, tax compliance, audit documentation, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
