The company is seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and experienced marketing professional to join them as a Digital Marketing Assistant. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications, assisting with all e-activities & marketing related tasks. You will be required to create marketing literature, perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database and to help build on our existing success by designing elegant, creative, informative marketing materials.

To ensure success as a Digital Marketing Assistant, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, SEO works, web-analytics, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines. Ultimately, a top-level Digital Marketing Assistant provides valuable assistance to implementing the marketing strategy and boosts the company image.

The Digital Marketing Assistant, will also assist in bringing a fresh perspective to the design, appearance and functionality of the Maxwell GeoSystems website & be able to manage video content generation. Working in close collaboration with our Product team you will develop the form, functionality and content of marketing collateral.

The position will work collaboratively with a multi-functional team of senior engineers, programmers, developers and management executives throughout the entire product field ensuring a highly effective client experience is achieved.

Some of the duties you’ll be doing…

  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media pages and website.
  • Writing marketing literature for company brochures and media releases.
  • Prepare wireframes, web visual mock-ups and interactive prototypes, including video content.
  • Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
  • Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.
  • Develop compelling marketing solutions supporting the brand and product strategy.
  • Maintain a distinct design language and apply consistently across the product platform.
  • Preparing promotional presentations, organising promotional events and webinars.
  • Continuously improve the company's approach to design by keeping up to date with trends, best practices, digital advancements and competitors.
  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.
  • Able to utilise social media tools and various online channels to accomplished assigned tasks.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Development of Support/Training materials including walk-thru videos.
  • Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are.....

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Bear an in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, Keywords, SEO and online analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principals.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Capable to write clear, consistent, concise copy & user-interface content, landing pages, video narratives.
  • High level of accuracy and possess extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assimilate technical product information and compose engaging content.
  • Good understanding of office management.
  • Innovative. With the ideas and know-how to create modern, cutting-edge content, and take the initiative to help rethink our client experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
  • Adept at multi-tasking, creative thinking and working independently.
  • Possess willingness to learn new modes of digital marketing & software.
