Consulting Services

In addition to software implementation, Maxwell GeoSystems provides consulting services for:

  • Offshore data management
  • Engineering support 
  • Provision of site teams for on-the-ground assistance 

Our services can be arranged on a project-by-project basis, through bulk deals, or enterprise agreements.

System Sizing for Optimal Performance 

System sizing for MissionOS includes both user needs and data quantities. We assess not only data volume (in records, gigabytes, or terabytes) but also data processing throughput. This is measured using Function Points, which apply weighted metrics based on:

Flexible Implementation Options

In addition to software implementation, Maxwell GeoSystems provides consulting services for:

  • Project-by-Project and Trusted Partner Options
  • New or Occasional Users
  • Fixed Price Contract

For most first-time users, we offer a fixed-price contract based on project details, with an up-front setup fee (usually 30%) and remaining payments spread quarterly or annually as an advanced license fee.

Tiered Projects

Designed for projects that start small and scale over time, this contract grows with your project’s data needs, with tiered options based on: 

Projects can move between tiers as data volume changes. Hosting costs are based on total database size, not just new data.

Bulk Deals

Bulk deals reduce cost-per-record based on sensor and/or construction data volume commitments over a minimum one-year contract. Contracts exceeding data limits can be renegotiated at any time for a higher bulk rate, while downgrades are available upon contract renewal.

Servicing and Support 

Under our base license agreement, we ensure a smooth setup and on-going support for MissionOS:

Service Agreement Levels 

Clients can select from our Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Service Agreements, each offering progressively higher levels of support and training. 
Excess Costs 

Excess fees may apply for hosting charges, SMS messaging, increased data processing, or additional storage (e.g., photos, videos, point clouds).

Enterprise Agreements 

For clients managing multiple MissionOS projects, Enterprise Agreements offer an efficient, unified solution with lower pricing and customized support for broad organizational adoption. These agreements, available in Small, Medium, and Large packages, streamline pricing and help standardize data management across projects. Enterprise agreements are billed yearly in advance, with adjustments based on project scope and volume. An enterprise model allows us to collaborate closely with clients, offering extended training and consulting to embed MissionOS within the organization and facilitate industry-leading data practices.
