Instructional Designer
The Role
Join our Learning & Enablement team to design and develop world-class training experiences for MissionOS—our AI-driven infrastructure monitoring platform used on critical global projects.
You’ll work with product experts and field engineers to create engaging learning materials, certification courses, and onboarding experiences that equip teams to master complex geotechnical workflows and drive MisisonOS adoption.
What You’ll Do
Design Performance-Based Learning Materials
- Develop eLearning modules, interactive courses, video tutorials, and certification programs for external users
- Create learning content that translates real-world engineering challenges into engaging, structured lessons
- Build interactive learning experiences using multimedia tools—scripts, storyboards, assessments
- Design assessments that validate competency and measure learning effectiveness
- Develop instructional content that works for diverse audiences—field engineers, consultants, project managers
- Experiment with new approaches to learning delivery—video, interactive simulations, microlearning
Who You Are
Core Profile
- Civil/Geotechnical/ Constructional Engineering background (Masters/ PhD or equivalent field experience) – you understand infrastructure and construction workflows
- Aptitude to create instructional materials, designing courses, or building learning solutions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for different skill levels - Strong attention to detail and project management discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience with construction or infrastructure software
- Working experience in geotechnical / engineering or construction projects
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, or instructional systems design
