Classification of Risks

Risk Management begins by classifying all the different hazards within a project and determining the most effective treatment of these risks throughout its duration.

The MissionOS system enables the fuller comprehension and understanding of risks, classification & assessment of these risks, and the appropriate decision-making in order to ensure effective controls are then established for a project.

Risk Identification

Risk Identification determines what could happen that could affect the project objectives and how these events could occur. It is an iterative process as new risks may only become known as the project progresses through its life cycle.

MissionOS identifies, tracks and reports on project parameters, from instigation through the entire implementation phases. The system combines and presents data in appropriate context for improving understanding.

Risk Evaluation

Risk evaluation is the process of comparing the results of the initial risk analysis with the risk evaluation criteria as defined during the project formation determining whether the overall risks are acceptable.

MissionOS provides real-time monitoring by the Project Risk Manager and project team, ensuring that new and evolving risks are identified, managed & appropriate responses are implemented effectively. Risk evaluation continues throughout the life of the project.

Risk Analysis Cycle

The risk management program is usually run by one person, often the Director of the project risks, together with the Project Manager or other high-level positions.

MissionOS allows the creation of project hierarchies so that responsibility of individual risk can be assigned. They can be reviewed on a periodic basis by the risk manager of the project, and incorporated into the system model.

Risk Processing in Construction Projects

There are many aspects of risks and potential losses during construction projects, as well as a diverse mix of interactions which may influence them.
