Junior Support Engineer
The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support Engineer to join our support team. The Junior Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining client projects, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of MissionOS. This role involves direct interaction with clients, timely resolution of issues, configuration support, and close coordination with senior engineers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is technically sound, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain live client projects to ensure system stability and performance.
- Respond promptly to client requests, queries, and reported issues through designated support channels.
- Configure MissionOS as per client requirements and approved change requests.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients in effectively using the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with senior engineers for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and clear comments for all support issues and resolutions.
- Ensure accurate task handover during shift changes to maintain continuity of support.
- Release pre-planned product-related communications to all relevant stakeholders as required.
Work Timing
- 24/7 rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night) based on business needs
- 5-day working week with Comp-Offs based on assigned shifts

- MGS India Office, Marine Drive, Kochi

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, OOPS, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of web-based applications and databases
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Educational Qualification: MCA / BTech
