We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dennis Bishop as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Maxwell GeoSystems, effective 1st January 2025. 

With over 40 years of executive experience across global energy and infrastructure industries, Dennis brings a wealth of unparalleled expertise in successfully driving technology-based industries, market development, and strategic partnerships, particularly across Asia. Additionally, Dennis is the founder and General Manager of three energy and infrastructure-related private equity investment funds based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the USA, and Asia.

Having been an Executive Board Member of Maxwell GeoSystems since 2020, Dennis is uniquely qualified for this newly created position. As Dennis shares, “It is exactly the right time for me to be moving from an advisory role in Maxwell GeoSystems to an operating and integration role. I am excited by the challenge of helping the company maintain its vision of technology and innovation leadership as we rapidly scale up and enter new global markets.”

His appointment marks a critical step as we continue our global expansion and further strengthen our commitment to pioneering technology, operational excellence, and the values that make Maxwell GeoSystems a truly unique place to work.
