Maxwell GeoSystems Employee Focus- Noble Jinan

In the latest edition of Employee Focus post, we turn our attention to Noble Jinan – PMP®, Head of IT at Maxwell GeoSystems India. Noble has been with the company for the past 9 years (closing in on 10 years soon), having starting out as a Senior Programmer.

During his time with the company, Noble has worked on several key projects and helped with the continued development of the MissionOS system. Now as the Head of IT for the company, he’s responsible for managing and overseeing various technical, architectural and functional solutions for MissionOS. On this, Noble mentions, “I lead a team of professionals including seniors, to achieve the goals and objectives of the company, acting as a mentor to the team to help them sharpen their skills and achieve career goals”.

Apart from this, Noble is also involved in managing every stage of a project, right from it’s tender discussions till the final handover process. Furthermore, Noble works toward implementing best-practices, polices and procedures, and guidelines that focus on the quality of services and deliverables based on industrial standards, while keeping the dynamics of the team and up-holding the company culture.

When asked to share some thoughts on his time with us and any achievements, Noble shares, “when I joined in 2015 as a Senior Programmer in the company, there were around 10 members in the company. I got the opportunity to work with important and challenging modules of various projects. During the nearly 10 years with the company, our MissionOS product has grown, infrastructure changed and developed immensely, and now having more than 100 employees at Maxwell GeoSystems India. I am so grateful to the company’s management for the various opportunities they have provided me with, including the five audits I have successfully led for the International Certification.

The great thing about Maxwell GeoSystems is, along with the goals and objectives of the company, there are plenty of opportunities for self-growth for individuals, supported by our management team. We believe in strong values. As a final note, I am so happy to work with such a great team, and a management team with a vision”.
