MissionOSX

Work smarter with MissionOSx, an entirely new App explicitly designed for mobile devices, allowing users direct interaction with their MissionOS projects, receiving the latest key data, and providing responses. The app offers a new and innovative experience through its high-performance, intuitive Construction Data Management system. Get the latest progress and production statistics on your phone, as well as key machine performance information. MissionOSx is built for interaction using our RestAPI: react and manage events such as alarms and instrument status notifications. With MissionOSX, you can dynamically track key tasks across multiple projects and more!

Mission Inspector

The Mission Inspector is a tablet-based tool for managing data entry into MissionOS. It presents the user with ways to manage data via production cycles. In each cycle, the user is presented with the appropriate drawings relating to the work needed & details of design positions. Users can follow the construction process, adding commentary and chat via the blog. The Inspector can be applied to any cyclic activity & an auditable QA/QC process to completion. It will notify you directly whenever new activities are added to project tasking. It makes it easier to update tasks on the go and simpler to inform your team.

Mission Twin- Digital Twin

With Mission Twin, boreholes, ground models, instruments, drill holes, tunnels, and piles are visible in their correct context, especially in relation to surrounding sensitive structures and hazards. Mission Twin is unlike a CAD-based system, which collects federated BIM models to display in memory-intensive renderings. Instead, Mission Twin is a GIS-enabled, built-on-the-fly 3D environment that creates what you ask for with the latest data. Each twin is in real-time & can load progressively more detailed reality data. As Mission Twin is integrated into MissionOS, it becomes highly interactive, allowing users to plot data from objects as graphs and more.

Mission Control- Edge Processing

Edge processing sends primary processing down to the monitoring location, thereby minimizing the load on central servers. These primary edge processors handle fewer instruments but process data at a higher frequency. The edge processor facilitates the conversion of data into time series data at a chosen time interval and an associated file and sends these data for loading to the central server. Mission Edge can apply numerical signal processing methods to the data, including bandpass filters and sophisticated fast Fourier transforms. The edge server also opens the data feeds to real-time historians, which are part of Mission Real Time.

Mission Real Time

Mission Real Time displays real-time data with a latency of <5 seconds from non-web-connected secure data sources. Data is presented in bespoke screens and dashboards featuring a variety of tools to facilitate data exploration and analysis. Standard real-time screens are available for a variety of tunnel boring machine (TBM) types, including Earth Pressure Balance (EPB), Slurry and Slurry Mixshield, Double Shield, Gripper Rock, Variable Density/Crossover machines, Pipejacks, and Vertical Shaft Sinking Machines.

Mission MODCON

With the MissionOS modular construction module, you can create static and dynamic carousel factories as jobs and track production and QA/QC processes in both the MissionOS desktop and the Inspector. Record GPS tracking of movement of completed components and storage in configurable stores with management of damaged/quarantined items. Track components into the work and assign them to configured component positions in the works—record as-built locations and records of installation.
