The Maxwell Geosystems Group of Companies was established in 2004 with Maxwell Geosystems Ltd based in Hong Kong. In 2005 Maxwell Geosystems Pte Ltd. was founded in Singapore. Maxwell Geosystems provide technical data management, reporting and analysis to the geotechnical, mining and environmental industries. Our systems integrate design prediction, instrumentation data and construction management data within one environment.

Key People
 Dr Angus Maxwell is the founding Director of Maxwell Geosystems. Originally an Engineering Geologist, he has accumulated twenty years of experience in underground excavation design and construction working on major projects in the UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to starting Maxwell Geosystems he developed database applications for construction project management, ground investigation and instrumentation on billion dollar mega-projects such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and the Strategic Sewage Disposal Scheme in Hong Kong.
Since 2002 he has lectured on Tunnelling and Underground space at the University of Hong Kong. In 2008 he was elected President of the Association of Geotechnical and Environmental Specialists in Hong Kong.
 Sleiman Matar (M.Sc.) is Technical Director of Maxwell Geosystems and has over 12 years experience in software development using various programming languages, with special emphasis on web-based database systems, and two years in project management. Sleiman is an experienced IT educator and technical writer and has received numerous plaudits for his clear explanation of complex topics and his ability to motivate students.
